The United States-USA. There are thousands of Northern VA homes for
sale, townhomes for sale and new condominiums for sale. Fairfax homes,
townhouses, condos are often more expensive than Loudoun County single
family houses, town homes and condos. Fairfax housing, including
apartments is more costly on average than Loudoun County houses or
Prince William Virginia homes. The largest new house communities are:
