Reduced new home prices in recently built home communities such as Lake Manassas, Piedmont, Dominion Valley Country Club and Virginia Oaks offer value oriented golf enthusiasts a variety of championship courses. The best selling single family community in Prince William County for 2010 and 2011 was the Morris Farm subdivision located in Gainesville contiguous to Bristow.
